Blogging

For those of you who are new to the blogging world, welcome. Blogging is a great way to keep in touch. The way Heather and I intend for this blog to work is for everyone to participated whether through reading the posts and commenting on them or posting on here yourself. If you would like permission to post on this blog email Heather Riddell.

Now for a crash course on how to use this blog. First, each entry is called a post. Under each post is a button called "comments". Click the comments botton and it will take you to a new page where you can click on the white box and type a comment. Then click on "post comment" button and your comment will be saved and anyone who comments can read what you've said.

Next, make sure you scroll all the way down the page so that you don't miss anything. Once there are more posts on here there will be a "older posts" button on the bottom. That will take you to the next page of older posts.

Finally, don't be afraid to click on links on this blog. There's a news and picture link, followers, polls... Heather and I hope that everyone will use this blog to communicate better and to have fun.

If you would like to post and don't know how. Send me an email or call me and I will walk you through it. It is super easy.

Love you all!

Now with that said I would like to tell you why this blog and family reunion was thought of. As you all know Steve passed away last month. There were a lot of you that were able to come. Some of you I don't think I've seen since the last reunion 11 years ago. Sad. So here's to Steve bringing our family closer together. Thank you my wonderful cousin. We love and miss you.

Family Reunion Aug 3-8th 2011

FAMILYREUNION

IS A TIME TO REMEMBER,

ATIME TO LAUGH,

A TIME TO CELEBRATE...

A FAMILY REUNION

IS A TIME TO SEE EACH OTHER

IN THE FACES ALL AROUND US

AND FIND REFLECTIONS OF YOURSELVES

IN HEARTS BOTH YOUNG AND OLD.

A REUNION IS A COMMING TOGETHER

THAT STRENGTHENS THE BOND FO FAMILY

AND REMINDS US OF THE GIFT

OF BELONGING.

A CHANCE TO SHARE OUR HISTORY.

A TIME TO SHARE OLD STORIES

A REASON TO CELEBRATE OUR PAST.

A TIME TO WELCOME OUR FUTURE...

AS A FAMILY
